7. Legal Compliance for Sellers

Indemnify and Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wedlender LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your product listings or actions related to the sale of your products, including, but not limited to, claims for infringement of intellectual property rights, false advertising, product liability, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
Taxes and Duties: Sellers are responsible for all taxes, duties, or other fees that may apply to the sale of their products, including sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or any applicable local taxes. Sellers must ensure that they comply with tax reporting and collection requirements, including remitting sales tax as required by law.
Product Liability: Sellers are responsible for ensuring the safety and legality of their products. In case of any product defects, injuries, or claims, the seller shall bear full responsibility. Wedlender LLC is not liable for any product defects, damages, or injuries arising from the use of products sold through the Site.
